We at Kleventi provide free shipping worldwide for orders above $60. Yes, FREE SHIPPING! We believe that our customers do not have to pay upscale prices to enjoy our products. 

Our goal is to dispatch the orders as soon as we receive the payment, please allow 2-3 business days to receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information.

Customs, taxes, duties and fees

Kleventi is not liable for any import duties, taxes, custom fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. The buyer will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes.



It should be noted that Kleventi has no control over these charges and since these charges are different for different countries, we cannot predict their amount. Kleventi advises the buyer to contact the local customs office for further information if in any situation tends to occur. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/Duties.

International Orders

• We provide FREE shipping worldwide for orders above $60
• Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days
• We provide Express shipping (5-7 business days), however, some orders might be delayed due to customs regulations which is different for different countries

Boat Orders (Instagram DM)

• We provide free delivery to boats that depart from Male', Maldives. However, Kleventi will not be liable for the package after it has been handed over to the Boat representative.
• Boat needs to be docked for a minimum of 3 hours and we would require a minimum of 3 hour prior notice for delivery.

Cargo

• We also provide FREE shipping to Local Islands for orders above $60
• However, for orders less than $60, a shipping charge will apply
• Allow 2-3 business days for Cargo orders
